KSPR (Springfield, MO) has selected NewsTicker, the leader
in ticker display platforms.
The ABC affiliate will employ Newsroom's
industry-leading platform of integrated specialty applications, including
Closings and Elections.
KSPR will use Newsroom's FreedomHD platform to generate their edge graphics
in native high definition.
"KSPR approached us with a desire to maximize the platform beyond a simple,
daily ticker," said Rick Summers, Newsroom's Vice President for Sales and
Marketing. "They wanted something integrated, that would handle all of
their strategic needs, and was proven in the marketplace. By the time they
contacted us, they had done their homework and were determined not to
settle."
KSPR is owned by Perkin Media, but managed by Schurz Communications.
