WSWG (Albany, GA) has standardized on the industry-leading
NewsTicker platform for news and branding, becoming the nineteenth Gray
Television station to make the switch. As part of the purchase,
sister-station WCTV (Tallahassee, FL) upgraded their existing
graphics platform to the FreedomHD.
"While WSWG is the CBS affiliate for the Albany, GA market, they also serve
as a semi-satellite for WCTV," said Rick Summers,

NewsTicker for more than three years, and the WSWG purchase is a sign of
their continued trust in Newsroom Solutions. After three years, when
many products start to become stale, WCTV shows they would be willing to buy
it all over again."
